What does it mean to be a polarizing figure in 2021? Historically, a few notable polarizing figures have included the likes of Kanye West, Donald Trump & most recently Tom Brady (The only player to win seven Super Bowls).

Traditionally speaking — to be a ‘polarizing’ in today’s day and age meant to be a person who:

  1. Receives a lot of love.
  2. (Also) Receives a lot of hate.

I believe we’re moving past the present definition and evolving into something greater when it comes to communicating across the Internet. When I say, “How To Become Polarizing Figure”.

I’m not referring to the love and hate a person receives over the Internet. I am specifically speaking to social influence. I’m more concerned with how can a person gain social influence in today’s “Attention Economy”?

How does a person create conversations? Social influence — in this instance— is power & power is neither good nor bad. In today’s market, this is the new standard for categorizing polarizing figures.
