How To Use Time Management To Increase Happiness

If there’s anything that I’ve learned throughout my life, it’s that you should always make it a habit to identify your strengths and play to them. I believe in preaching productivity because it’s not only requires innovation, it requires a fair amount of self-reflection.
With time management being a built-in feature of productivity, the next question is:
What happens when you add structure to efficient action?
Knowing where, when and how you are spending your time can lead you down a path of illumination, clarity and certainty. It also just happens to make you an overall happier person.
