“Those who produce the most, make the most”
Creating content everyday is no easy task. It requires a certain level of focus, self-awareness and discipline to truly develop a content creation process that can be executed on a daily basis.
As with anything in life, creating content everyday can be broken down into a number of schemes, strategies and tactics. The philosophy that I preach is based around having a solid infrastructure. Always remember, the act of creating content is — ONLY— 25% of the process.
Infrastructure = People, Process & Technology
Having an infrastructure in place can provide the foundation to scale up, and not just on a business level but on a personal level as well.
“Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.”
— Jim Rohn
Creating content everyday is a great growth strategy when it comes to focusing on your core product (music, writing, services, etc.), building a fan base and engaging within your online community.
To begin, what is a growth strategy?
A growth strategy is a combination of questions that need to be answered:
- How do you gain fans (engagement, advertising, brand association, etc.)?
- Where does your content live (YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram, Website, etc.)?
- How do you gauge growth? (engagement, streams, capital, leads, etc.)
The best way to create content everyday is through growth strategies. Cultivating an effective growth strategy can help you build a solid foundation for your career moving forward.
Growth strategies are about creating a formula and being able to quantify your results (scalability, repeatable schemes and sustainability).
